Resiliency Training Registration

The concept of resiliency focuses on five dimensions of strength: emotional, spiritual, family, social, and physical. Resiliency is thought of as the capability to bounce back from challenging or destructive experiences not only to survive but thrive. Resilience is thought to be critical in veteran transition to civilian life and particularly adaptation to academic life. 1 hour.
